I want to express my many many thanks to you and your team. For METRO Cash & Carry Vietnam it was the first time that we did such a team building event. Target was to improve the communication between the different departments and the teamwork in our fast growing organization. The challenge of your team was to do this with 30 Senior Managers and 5 Board members means the preparation of this meeting was crucial for the whole success.

Today I can say that the event was much more than an interesting day. The whole team benefited from the learning and experiences they made: How to communicate in a better way; how to motivate my staff and how to improve the teamwork.

Again, thanks a lot and we will see again!

In developing the team building portion our National Sales Conference we wanted to create a new activity which would challenge, encourage cooperation and be fun for our sales team. Embers gave us several options and after we selected the Scavenger Hunt program they personalized the program to suit our needs. The program included using the Dalat setting and local history to make the activity unique. The program was extremely detailed which required good organization and implementation which the Embers team were able to do well.
